Registration

Great dancers start by following these simple steps:

1. complete the request form to receive your registration package including registration, fee schedule, and year-end recital forms.
2. choose your classes you wish to take and complete the registration form.
3. bring or mail your completed forms and preferred method of payment to the Burlington Dance Academy. See the Contact Us page for our mailing information and a map.
